I’ve always been drawn to art. Although I began my journey as a professional musician, when I picked up my first camera over 16 years ago I was hooked. Since then I have been in awe of the power of the moving image. Whether through music or film, I’ve always loved creating.

There’s something about weddings that I really, really love. I think it’s because you don’t need actors - this is the real deal, and I get to capture it as it happens.

The laughter, the tears, the joy and elation of two people committing themselves to each other - I feel very privileged to be able to do what I do. My approach combines my experience as a documentary filmmaker with my love for cinema. Taking all of the stories, the sights and the sounds of your wedding and blending them together into a narrative feels like something you’d see in a movie theater, turning your story into a piece of art.
