SERVING HOUSTON, ASHEVILLE AND BEYOND

WHAT WE OFFER

Not everyone needs the same thing for their wedding. We offer videography in North Carolina, Texas and anywhere you want us to go. Below are our most common services. If you’ve got an outside-of-the-box idea, I want to hear it.

TEASER FILMS

The appetizer! These films are delivered within a week of your wedding and are great for getting something you can share before the confetti’s been cleaned up.

HIGHLIGHT FILMS

This is where the story is really told. A film that captures all of the emotions of the day - the laughs, the tears, the party.

In times past people used to sit for paintings - not necessarily for the painter to capture absolute reality, but to create a piece of art that said something about the characters it portrayed. This is what I aim to do with every highlight film I make. I love to use candid audio in these films - I find it evokes a sense of nostalgia and brings you back to the feeling you felt on the wedding day.

As a musician I spend a lot of time building the soundtrack to these films. I don’t want it to feel like images slapped onto music - there’s real intention behind every decision.

These are the films that will shape your memory in the years to come.

DOCUMENTARY FILMS

These are the keepsake films - your wedding, exactly as it happened.

If your ceremony is 90 minutes long, you’ll have a 90 minute long ceremony film, captured on multiple cameras with an emphasis on professional quality audio.

I give the option of having a ceremony documentary or a reception documentary (or both). Ceremony films are rather straightforward - it’s the whole thing. Reception films include your grand entrance, first dances, all speeches, any private last dances and extended party edits.

You’ll probably never share these films on social media. But I think the value of these films has yet to be truly felt - it’s the ability for your children, your grandchildren, to see you as you were on your wedding day. To capture every word promised to each other. These aren’t the flashiest of films, but I think they’re incredibly important.

Due to the nature of these films (and their length), I don’t post them publicly but am happy to share examples upon request.

WELL WISHES BOOTH

I don’t go around interviewing guests for advice for the couple (it’s 2022, guys). But THIS is a great way to hear what your guests want to tell you. Like, all of it.*

This camera runs all night (usually near the bar) and gets more interesting as the night goes on. It also proves my theory that the young folks will bring the risqué jokes and the elders will bring the marital advice.

*We aren’t responsible for the language of guests :)

READY FOR THE NEXT STEP?

Let’s set up a time to talk and see if working together would be a great fit.
